Back to School Blitz: Ends September 7
Have you been collecting this year’s Back to School Blitz prizes? You still have until September 7 to collect them all!
When you see an apple in Kinzville, click on it to add it to your collection. Every 20 apples can be traded for some sweet back-to-school swag.
Leaf Collection Event: September 15–30
The leaves will soon be falling in Kinzville! From September 15–30, visit the pile of leaves in Kinzville and click on it to collect one leaf a day.
You can also request up to four additional leaves from friends. As you gather leaves, you’ll earn beautiful fall prizes—including the grand prize, the Autumn Swing.
Player Appreciation Day: September 17
Don’t forget to log into both your Webkinz Next and Classic accounts to receive a special Player Appreciation gift. In Webkinz Next, be sure to check your Message Center to claim it.
Monster Mash Season: September 19–October 23
The spookiest season of the year is just around the corner! Prepare your pets for a ghoulish Halloween with prizes from the Monster Mash Season. Log in starting September 9 to begin collecting Season Points.

I look forward to adding many beautiful trees to my account, but think that Next should also be able to add fall trees to their accout.
Fall trees would be nice.
Why did my pet hearts, that normally drop to 75 with the day change, drop to 50 today?
There are two checks. 1 check is at the midnight reset, which results in a 25 drop. The other check is how long it’s been since your last login. If that’s more than 24 hours, it counts as a second day.
Then this shouldn’t have happened since I log in the same time every night an hour after reset and actually logged in to both my accounts yesterday afternoon, the second account was normal. Weird.
I had the exact same problem today, I filled my pets’ heart yesterday morning, and in the evening, I logged on again to avoid the double drop. This morning, they are down to 50! Not happy!!!!
And why are there two checks? wouldn’t it be enough to have one, like on Classic? Especially because it is so hard to fill all pets’ hearts every day, as I (and others) have pointed out so many times. The “pets’ hearts issue” is the most frustrating bit on Next, and if it were easier to fill their hearts, I would definitely adopt more pets or spark more babies. And others have said the same.
I agree, why are there TWO? A bit redundant don’t you think? And completely messes with people. All these different times for everything is quite frustrating.
Did we have fall colors in the trees on the mall last year? It’s a great touch! I have been watching the Showroom store to see when some furniture goes in the windows again. It has been bare for some time now.
The monster mash season is going to end before Halloween!?!? Is there going to be a small Halloween event after the season is done?
There is usually a ghost event and a candy collection event that leads up to Halloween day
Will we be getting any fall trees to decorate our Next yards? WW has plenty of fall trees, please make some available in Next.
Webkinz Classic has many fall trees. I think that Next should also have fall trees.

Perfect timing for the Monster Mash Season, btw! While we decorate our homes irl, we can be “bringing the spooky” to our WW home at the same time. Hooray!
