Is it random or chosen?
It has always been random so far as I know.
I would tell the person that they mattered to me, I would share my belongings with them, I would respect them, give them space when they need it, surprise them, never forget their birthday, support them when they need it, stand up for them, invite them to go places or celebrate with me, and lastly, always consider their feelings.

I would give them some of my candy , help them when they need it, never forget ther birthday and tell them ther the best.
I know I am new and I might not win this, but this what I would do to care for anyone and anything. I would give them my full attention, tell them I love them, show that I love them, respect them, show my appreciation of them, share my belongings, try to be there when they need me, have empathy for them, do what I can for them, and surprise them with something they really wanted.
