My favorite character has always been Cinderella but my favorite story is actually Beauty and the beast.

Frankly, been so long since I’ve read any kid-level storybooks, nothing comes to mind from there. I do read a lot of fantasy/sci-fi, though. I would say…..probably my fave character comes from a book by Mercedes Lackey and the character’s name is Darian (also the main character of the book “Darian’s Tale”).
Ummm, wanted to mention a correction to my earlier comment. “Darian’s Tale” is actually the name of a trilogy by M. Lackey. The name of the first book in the trilogy is “Owlflight”.
