I have a problem with the bathtubs. When my pets request a bath, they simply won’t go into ANY bathtub (I tried all 3 that I have), and so my request can’t be fulfilled. (the same pet that requested the bath later asked me to get dressed in a different shirt, then later to hang something on the wall, and NOTHING would count to fill his heart…)
Sounds like the path might be blocked to the tub. Try putting it in the middle of the room with nothing around it.
As I said, I tried all 3 bathtubs in my house – and the paths were not blocked at all. I obviously had a problem with filling this pet’s heart. I finally logged out and then later logged back in and it worked fine (also the bathtub).

I got the puffy coat and the skies yesterday! Now I need the tea set.
On Webkinz, I am trying to complete 2 different challenges and when I try to play the game “Pinky’s Big Adventure,” my pig will NOT move at all. The arrow keys do absolutely nothing. What can I do or is it an error in the game? Also, when I go to the “Zacky’s Qwest,” the exact same thing happens – the little blue bird or whatever it is will not move at all either. Can Webkinz please correct these errors – especially since I want to complete the challenges but I can’t? Does anyone else have these problems?

What kind of computer are you using? Is your arrow keys combined with a number pad? If so, you might need to turn number lock off to use the arrows.
I I have an HP computer. I turned the number lock off and on numerous times. The pig still won’t move at all in Pinky’s Big Adventure. This has been an ongoing problem. However, I went back again and tried to play Zacky’s Qwest and the bird finally moved and I completed that challenge!
Very strange. I couldn’t reproduce that. We haven’t changed any games on the Desktop App in a very long time. It might be worth trying a different keyboard, or try uninstalling and reinstalling Classic.
All of the new items are very cute. Hats off to the designers.

I got the Wall Panel And the Skis. I could only place them on the floor.
That is so strange. I got the skis yesterday too, and they would only go on the floor. Actually, they go through the floor and stick up out of the floor about halfway. I was able to put the wall panel on the wall, but it also would have gone on the floor.
glad the problem with the mines is fixed.
I love the prizes especially the clothing items. I hope I get some but I have no luck getting clothing on Next.
