With the opening of the mall, we’ve added 15 brand new tube designs as well as 15 new design options for your hamster ball! We’ve also added a challenging new Cake Roll Room and three sizes of Rising Curve Tubes for amazing new options in maze building! MAZIN’ Hamster YouTube Contest
Now that you’ve had a chance to explore the world of MAZIN’ Hamsters, we want to see some of the cool stuff you’ve been doing! From July 24th to July 30th, we’ll be accepting video responses to our “MAZIN’ Hamster YouTube Contest” video and we’ll be giving away an eStore exclusive MAZIN’ Hamster to the best “Maze” and “General” videos submitted! To enter, first read the rules, then visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_xi5aKBLhc, click “Respond to this video” and then click the “Attach a video” link — then you can select, upload or create your video. All videos will be screened before they are approved. A “Maze” video will show off the cool mazes that you’ve been building with your MAZIN’ Hamsters. I have no points in my Webkinz eStore account. Why?
When shopping within Webkinz eStore, it is important to remember that your Ganz eStore account is not the same as your Webkinz World account. While they do contain the same great items*, eStore Points would need to be transferred by an adult over the age of 18 to your Webkinz World account. It’s as easy as 1-2-3! 1) Go to ganzestore.com and click on the “Transfer Points” button 2) You will be asked for the User Name and Password of the Webkinz World Account you wish to send the eStore Points to, along with the amount you wish to send. Click “Send Points” 3) Confirm the request, and the selected amount of eStore Points will instantly be sent to the designated Webkinz World Account YAY! eStore Points have now been transferred to your Webkinz World account! *Currently Webkinz eStore only sells amazing Exclusive Online-only items. eStore Pets, Hamsters, Caring Valley, Figures, Charms and Deluxe Membership will continue to be sold exclusively at the Ganz eStore.

In an effort to make the eStore even easier to use, we have today launched a version of the eStore that can be used directly within Webkinz World! You can now use your eStore points to purchase eStore items and have them appear in your dock immediately. No codes needed! The Webkinz eStore is tied to our Ganz eStore, so you will see the same great sales and the same Deluxe Advantage benefits! eStore Points can be added by an adult directly to your Webkinz account using the “Add Points” feature, or they can be transferred from existing Ganz eStore accounts. Currently the Webkinz eStore only sells our line of amazing virtual items. Pets, Hamsters and Deluxe Membership will continue to be sold exclusively at the Ganz eStore.

Bubblegum Cheeky Cat Retirement Mix Up
Due a scheduling issue, the retirement bonus events for our next retired pet – the Bubblegum Cheeky Cat – went up a week early. The Bubblegum Cheeky Cat was actually scheduled to have its party this Sunday, July 25th. Pets will be available on eStore and retirement cupcakes will be given out as usual.
