“While maybe not the most cheerful choice, Ottermellon’s Kinzville Prison gets my vote, mainly for its surprising creativity. One of my favorite things with fan-designed rooms is when someone uses items from various different themes to create something completely new and unexpected. This is definitely the case here and it completely works, right down to the prisoners’ striped shirts and the guard in the watchtower. Hope one day those prisoners get their own Shawshank Redemption!”

This one is so funny and creative! I voted for this room!
While I think it is a creative idea (even though I was not able to see the striped outfits; I wish we could enlarge the pictures), I must say the reason why I had not voted for this one was because I thought a prison is not what I wish for Kinzville. My pets are not criminals, and I have always thought there is no crime in Kinzville, tehrefore no necessity for a prison.
