well you can use a pinata for a birthday and there are a lot of birthdays in July and Webkinz world has that new theme fiesta.

Well, a lot of people use pinatas outside in the summer during summer birthdays. Plus, who said that just because it’s summer EVERYTHING has to do with summer?
