This week, we launched the Communal Contest feature which challenges players to work together to overcome a goal in order to win a sweet prize. We’ve got a bunch of challenges lined up of varying difficulties, including some that require everyone to play a certain game to earn a large number of points and others that require sending KinzPost gifts, but we want to hear what kind of challenges you think the community can finish.

What Communal Contest challenges would you like to see?
Would you like a challenge to collect a certain number of gems? What about a challenge to plant a certain number of saplings in the Caring Valley? I think that a lot of people here don’t understand the way the contest will work. They’ll be no separate teams. It is all of WW wrking together for a goal. That means not designing or writing anything, but like getting ___ points in this, ____ points in that and so on.
I agree with most people, on the fact that you should not have to buy “special” items, for example caring valley, estore etc…to qualify to play in the commmunal…i have this stuff but alot of kids dont, and they are the ones that dont understand, when they cant play something on webkinz, because they dont have a certain item…thx
I think there should be a contest where 3 members or like friends from the Kinz Phone should be a team and have to raise money sort of what FROGGSTER123 said….Hope you will follow this advice. Green Person
my only comment is that you should not need to buy a certian thing for the communaul contests
i think something like earn this many points in this game would be fun. that scavenger hunt that FROGSTER123 mentioned sounds fun too. same with the room modelz MidnightIce suggested.
Dear Ganz/Webkinz makers,
I have a lot of ideas for the “Communal Contest”. Since I have really long answers and it would take too long to list all of them here are the 2 best ones in my opinion.
1. A scavenger hunt where you have to find a number of different items. But not like ones flying across the screen. I mean like a ball hidden behind a bush in Kinzville Park that you have to walk behind the bush to get it. You could make a hideout behind the bush and players had to click on a leaf to get it. This idea would be a little hard but, you could ask your friends where they are.
2. A contest where the whole community joins together to earn a big amount of kinzcash by playing games or doing anything else. Players can drop off the kinzcash at a bank or building. Outside the bank or building there could be a sign that says how much more the players need to collect to get to their goal and how much they’ve collected.
I think whatever idea you use for the “Communal Contest” it should be one for none members or something you had to buy in real-life. It shouldn’t involve anything like Zumbuddies, the eStore or the caring valley. I am one of those people. So please pick something everyone one can do so no one is left out.
P.S. I love all they new features you added to “Webkinz World”

I think maybe we could have a one that everyone could pick up 10,000 pieces of trash together. A scavenger hunt would be really good. Or you could write like 200 stories and we had to fill in the blanks and if we fill all of them in we each get a cool prize. Like maybe a rare item, or a piece of kinzstyle.
I think a room modelz contest where you have to make a room using the items in your dock(including wall paper/paint and flooring).Also maybe a cooking contest to see who can come up with the best recipe!Maybe a money making contest where everyone starts at 0kinzcash and you can pla any game to try to get 10,0000kinzcash!Thanks! How about a everything contest
Doing anything would give points
At the end of the period everyone would get a prize depending on all of Webkinz’s total points
You would also get kinzcash depending on how many you alone got
