I love this hat! I clicked on it. I got the message that it was added to my dock in Webkinz World. However, when I signed in to my Webkinz account later, the hat is not in my dock. Please correct this and get my hat to me somehow. Thanks.
BH1464, Maybe if you go to the W-shop, then, go back to your house, it might show up. Maybe it just needs to re-load. It always works for me! I hope I helped! Do you wanna add me on Webkinz? I’m anniec07! :D
clicked on it and when i logged in said i won prize. picture was of room theme cryonic symbol and no fedora, check your docks. friends say they do not have fedora or any new item

The hat is glitched. When I got one It showed up as the symbol for the mega modern theme, which only shows up in adventure park. Please fix this I really want the hat!
I had the same issue only I can’t find the Mega Modern theme anywhere. I hope they fix this, the hat is really cute.

I got no fedora on my webkinz acct. Instead I got a stand of some kind. It has been a long time since these mistakes have been made. 1st no peek-a-newz to play even though it is susposed to run thru the 10th. and now no fedora. not a great way to start the new year. Please fix these snufus. thank
There is a peek a news but there is a different thing each day. You have to go to events to find it and enter the campaign. This is so they can show what article of clothing you won on the popup

This doesn’t seem to be working. I logged onto my account and I didn’t receive this hat. Please fix Ganz!! I love this hat also!! Also, if you are suppose to win a prize from the Raziel Pick N Win, I haven’t been winning anything from that either…unless you only get cash.

Dear MySaviorIsJesus, — Here is the deal, this happens all the time to me! But it’s fine. ;) All you have ta do is : 1. Login to your Webkinz account 2. Go to your house 3. Go to the W-shop. 4. Go back to your house. 5. Find your Fedora on your dock, and put it on your pet(s) head! That is all I had to do! I think going to the W-shop reloads, or refreshes, your dock! I don’t know though. I just know that it works for me! I’m sorry, I would send you the Fedora, but I need another Webkinz pet to have a full-membership! And I can only send letters if I don’t have a full-membership! I really am sorry about that! Oh, by the way, I LOVE your username!!! Do you want to add me? Only if you’re country Christian! (I don’t like to add yuppies on here!)
