I am so mad that because I renewed my membership a couple months ago when there was no incentive (lame me) that I lose out. What a way to treat your loyal customers. I thought well I will add a deluxe acct to my daughters acct then to get dragon BUT NOOOOO it is only if you renew!!! who is in charge of these promotions??? I guess my $$$ isnt as good as other people

Our school has two memeberships, (deluxe) We have been members for years, we were sent a renew notice for March.
We at that time renewed.. Our membership Which was, actually ready to renew first on April 3rd 2011.
Now Ganz has a new promotion; that if you join , or renew April 4 – the 30th you get a dragon.. Excuse me!….
What ever happen to the 1st.-30th. . …. we really belive if you are going to run a promotion like that…… YOU SHOULD RUN IT FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH! missbuddy1
