This is not working for me either & never had problems with floaty clickies before, tried clearing the cache but still no luck-any suggestions anyone?

I am glad this is working fo some people. I tried what mommabird said, except for additioal plug ins which I don’t know why any extra device should be necessary. I’ve been playing Webkinz for some time now and have never had any problems with floaty clickies till now.

Hello glyptic. I’m sorry you are struggling with this. Ganz is trying to fix this issue. Google Chrome will show the floating lamp on both my computer and my phone (although I cannot click it on my phone). It may not work through all browsers and that is what I meant by plug-ins. I have not found it using Internet Explorer or my regular phone browser. Both IE and my phone browser would find them in the past before WKN changed format. Google Chrome is worth downloading if you don’t have it. Hope this helps and best wishes!

I use Goggle Chrome and did not find it on the 4th or 5th. Here I am trying again. Wish me luck

I think I’m done looking. The one I really needed was sapphire, but I looked for half the day and didn’t find it, so I think that I’m done looking.

Can someone explain why I can get Plumpy’s pop-up, but not the floaty lamps? I’m not so sure this is a browser problem or a programming issue with Webkinz. Either way, I hope they give us a chance to get the lamps in the future. Maybe one that is not so browser dependent? We have them all except September which is my birth month. Ganz don’t let us down now!

Super Great!!! I never got to get the Sep lamp. Thanks for bringing back the event to give us another chance!!!

I am happy they are offering the Sapphire, they did not have that before and I don’t see the Emerald one, which was the first. I am glad I got an Emerald one but I was hoping for another one The only months they did not have a lamp for and will do them this year is for January, February, March and April.

I clicked on an lamp yesterday, the message popped up that I had won but no lamp appeared in my dock. The same thing happened with the click n win. I’m not having an easy time with this new format.

  7. Doglove says:

I don’t like floaty clicky events because they are so hard to find.

  8. dakeight says:

I’ve been looking for about an hour, and still can’t find on.

  9. hermagesty says:

Yes! I have all but September’s. I can’t wait. I wanted to design a lamp shop with these lamps.

  10. KinzKount says:

Thanks for giving us a chance to get them all. I needed the Sapphire!!
