MAN!!! i missed the event this year i forgot all about it and when i tried to go to the clubhouse it was being really slow!!! well i know everyone at ganz tries their best to make it go faster but i’m sure alot of people were on for the prize on Christmas!
For future reference Ganz when I signed in on Webkinz on Christmas it was really slow I got my gift but I didn’t find Mrs. Birdy. I remember last year no one got their free gift on webkinz cause that was the first year Santa kinz asked you what you wanted. We didn’t get our gifts till Desember the 27th! Now this year it took a while to load just like the first time I joined Webkinz and I didn’t get to put my pet on until the day after Christmas! It was worth it though. Please listen to me Ganz I am just trying to help Webkinz be a funer site for kids. PS I have posted on diferent topics and I have given advice in everyone comment so go back and look for comments by PrincessLeia!
You guys, the only thing why Ganz was not fixing glitches is because it’s not a glitch. And they don’t read comments here and answer them. Also, people who want 1 more day of Ms. Birdy, wait til next year. Very sorry, but that’s how it works. FallGirl88, I like that. I did not like the people doing stuff where they want to get out of Webkinz. If this happens next year, remember that comment. Where was I? OH! I know there is a place where to make suggestions in the Newspaper on Webkinz. Instead of complaining abot this on here, tell it to Ganz. Wait! FallGirl88, I think I used your comment but with different words. Sorry about that. This complaing HAS to be OVER because Christmas HAS PASSED. Next year, take mine and FallGirl88′s comments, they are almost pieces of advice posted on a news site, which is what it really is. Hehe. I have a reason why it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO difficult to find Ms. Birdy. There was probably too much users on Webkinz. It probably slows Ganz’s servers down.
nobody wants to hear petty complaining so just stop! take it to ganz, not wkn where CUSTOMERS go to ENJOY it, not hear complaining constantly!

I couldn’t get my first prize on the miss birdy twelve days of christmas.
I am very disappointed as I had made all 11 days and was unable to find or get on to find Ms. Birdy on Christmas Day. It is very unfair-especially since Christmas day is so busy with friends and family.
I’m really not happy about Christmas Day!! On probably half my accounts I didn’t even get my Christmas Gifts, my DKC or even get into the Clubhouse. When I finally did get into the Clubhouse on my accounts, I was able to click Ms Birdy and I was told the event was over.
I also feel that people that have Deluxe Accounts should not have to change their color from Gold because Ms Birdy or any other character from an event should be in one of the rooms that should be Gold!!
I just feel that Ganz knew it would be overwhelmed on Christmas because of all the presents that would be given of Webkinz and all the people that weren’t able to get in to Webkinz or got the famous “please wait….” constantly, should still be awarded their Christmas Gift and their 12th day prize!! I also never got to do the Wheel of the Month! The only reason I was able to get my present on my Asian Accounts was because I took a 5 minute break from wrapping presents on Christmas Day (3am in the morning) to get them and I did get to spin the Wheel of the Month, but I didn’t have time to find Ms Birdy. I really wish that I could have taken the extra time because then I would have at least had 4 of the 12th day prize, but instead I have none!
The day the Flannel Shirt was given, I found Ms Birdy on my accounts and clicked on her because I had a bunch of tabs open. (We have over 30 accounts and have put out a lot of money), so right after I clicked Ms Birdy on each American Account Webkinz went down, which of course I never knew there was going to be an unexpected maintenance and I was never given the Flannel Shirts. I did call, but got no where and am still waiting for a Supervisor to call me back. Also on the first day there was a glitch which Ganz knew about and did finally fix, but who can sit in front of the computer 24/7 and for the people that didn’t get into the Club House, to my knowledge was not awarded the first prize. I know I wasn’t because I asked about that too when I call regarding the Flannel Shirt. I just feel that on special events Ganz should be ready for it and if something like this goes wrong, then we should be given the prizes that we missed. I feel really disappointed in the way this went, especially missing out on the Christmas Presents! I really feel Ganz should award the people the Christmas presents and the 12th day prize, also if anyone that went into their accounts on the first day or tried to get in should be awarded that prize and if there were people that had the same thing happen to them as it did to me on the Flannel Shirt, then I feel that should be awarded too!! I’m sure Ganz can see how much our family has put out in Webkinz with all the accounts we have and all the pets that are on them, not to say all the Family Deluxe Accounts that have been purchased and all the money that has been spent at the eStore! Ganz please honor your loyal customers with what was truly missed. It would have been enjoyable if these things didn’t happen, but people have real lives too and especially on Christmas, trying all day with my kids to get on our accounts and we tried on four different computers, and 3 different browsers, Firefox, IE & Google Chrome and we received nothing! I’m sure I’ll be calling again when Ganz opens their phone lines. I hope everyone else enjoyed and received their prizes and didn’t experience what we did, but I do know a lot of people and the same thing happened to them too!
