When you’re in Ganzworld, the ad pops up as “Click here to get a flower for your collection.” Click it and it will tell you it sent you the flower.

If you think it is supposed to be in your items, its not. it adds to your flower collection. Just go to your room or the map of kinzville and click on the flower collection event. you should see that it added one more to your flowers.
