Every St. Patrick’s Day he would go pick clovers,
Hoping he might find a leprechuan called Grover,
but every year he could only find a Webkinz Duck!

She went to go ask the queen,
And saw that she was wearing green,
And then remembered that it was St. Patricks Day!

My utmost FAVORITE time of year.
Four leaf clovers and shamrocks all around,
and leprechauns hiding, rarely found.

Congratulations to all the winners. What excellent limerick writers we have in the younger population. I was very impressed. I often enter contests, but as a gramma, I seldom win. Not as smart as you!!!!! Good job, and keep entering….you are all winners.
I was pretty proud of mine, and I didn’t win. ): Oh well, I LOVE the winners! (And Limericks. :3 I see why I didn’t win. xD)
Congrats winners! I didn’t enter this one, because I didn’t think I could do it. Seeing you did, I have a little more courage. Maybe if another contest like this comes up, I’ll enter and have a chance.
