sorry, leah7bear! i had the same problem when i won a vampire kitten with my fancielle account. it was a writing contest. never did get my kitten. i hope you have better luck than i did. sigh.
You both need to contact customer service and email them at ganzestorecs@ganz.com … They will make it right! Just tell them what you said here and they should help you out and give you guys your codes.
