I tried to claim my prize yesterday and the server was down. Is there a way to reclaim it today. Also today there was a floaty
and as the page was downloading it disappeared, so I could not claim the floaty. Is anyone else experiencing these
challenges and if so, do you know a resolution. Thanks!!
