As you know, Winterfest will last from January 15th until January 23rd! When you hunt snowflakes in Webkinz World, you'll receive a random prize each time you click on a snowflake, but on Webkinz Newz it works a little differently!
Each day, a different prize will be available. All Webkinz World members can win one prize per account, per day.

Each day starts at 12:00am EST and runs until 11:59pm EST. Have fun catching snowflakes on both Webkinz Newz and Webkinz World!
How do you hunt for snowflakes?
On Webkinz Newz:
Each time you load a page, there's a chance that the snowflake will appear. The snowflake loads offscreen, so it may take a few moments (after the page has finished loading) for the snowflake to appear.
On Webkinz World:
Make sure your dock is visible while you're playing. This means you can play in places like your room, the Clubhouse or Quizzy's. If the dock isn't visible, the snowflakes won't appear. If your cursor is being used by a game (gardening, making a wish in the Wish Factory, etc), you won't be able to click on the snowflake. Every few minutes, there's a chance that a snowflake will appear.

Webkinz World you just made a bunch in my house very upset. Limiting the Winterfest to one prize a day, what is the fun in that!!! The fun is in the clicking and seeing what you have won know you take that away from all of us loyal Webkinz lovers. This is just ridiculous…I hope you change it back to what was done in previous years!
what about the icecicle wind chimes? I thought from the pictures I saw that saw there was suppose to be an icecicle/snowflake wind chime prize.
What kind of dog is that!?! It is soooo cute! It looks like either a mastiff (but is too furry), a Leonberger, or some kind of shepherd. I hope that it is plush!

WOW! I commented about my favorite Winterfest prize from last year being the Potted Icicle Flowers and Ganz bought it back this year for Winterfest! Thank you for listening to my comment, Ganz!
Um, what happened to the wind chime? I why are there so few new prizes? Blah!
I sure hope Webkinz rethinks the one prize a day thing for winterfest…this is awful!!!!! Every other year we could click as many snowflakes as we wanted and we loved it. Webkinz World is taking away the fun of winterfest by limiting the prizes…what is the fun in that. WOW THIS SURE SPOILS THE WAITING FOR WINTERFEST TO BEGIN! WEBKINZ WORLD PLEASE RETHINK THIS AND MAKE IT LIKE ALL THE OTHER YEARS.
