As you know, Winterfest will last from January 15th until January 23rd! When you hunt snowflakes in Webkinz World, you'll receive a random prize each time you click on a snowflake, but on Webkinz Newz it works a little differently!
Each day, a different prize will be available. All Webkinz World members can win one prize per account, per day.

Each day starts at 12:00am EST and runs until 11:59pm EST. Have fun catching snowflakes on both Webkinz Newz and Webkinz World!
How do you hunt for snowflakes?
On Webkinz Newz:
Each time you load a page, there's a chance that the snowflake will appear. The snowflake loads offscreen, so it may take a few moments (after the page has finished loading) for the snowflake to appear.
On Webkinz World:
Make sure your dock is visible while you're playing. This means you can play in places like your room, the Clubhouse or Quizzy's. If the dock isn't visible, the snowflakes won't appear. If your cursor is being used by a game (gardening, making a wish in the Wish Factory, etc), you won't be able to click on the snowflake. Every few minutes, there's a chance that a snowflake will appear.
Does anyone know where in the News the snowflake will be? Im confused as far as can it be anywhere at all on the webkinz news? or just in my webkinz world?? Thanks for any help!
I’ve been on this site for the last 2 hours and NO snowflakes! What am I doing wrong? Please help!
Not that I need another Toque to add to my collection, but I have not seen a single snow flake on Webkinznews. I’ve visited here, refreshed, cleared cache etc with no luck. Anyone else not seeing them? Or maybe I should ask… are the USA internet accounts seeing them?

I love all the Winterfest prizes, but I really wish you would bring back the big prizes that used to be available, like the beautiful red snowflake rug.

People….some of you are misreading this!! ONLY on Webkinz Newz there will be one prize per account per day!!! and this is an ADDED feature from other years IN ADDITION to the normal Webkinz World Winterfest….where you can click on a flying snowflake all day long whenever you see them….and you can click on as many as you see all winterfest long. The prizes are random and NOT limited in Webkinz World. Good luck all
