As you know, Winterfest will last from January 15th until January 23rd! When you hunt snowflakes in Webkinz World, you'll receive a random prize each time you click on a snowflake, but on Webkinz Newz it works a little differently!
Each day, a different prize will be available. All Webkinz World members can win one prize per account, per day.

How do you hunt for snowflakes?
On Webkinz Newz:
Each time you load a page, there's a chance that the snowflake will appear. The snowflake loads offscreen, so it may take a few moments (after the page has finished loading) for the snowflake to appear.
On Webkinz World:
Make sure your dock is visible while you're playing. This means you can play in places like your room, the Clubhouse or Quizzy's. If the dock isn't visible, the snowflakes won't appear. If your cursor is being used by a game (gardening, making a wish in the Wish Factory, etc), you won't be able to click on the snowflake. Every few minutes, there's a chance that a snowflake will appear.
Hey why can we only click ONE SNOWFLAKE A DAY NOWADAYS?!!!!!!!!! IT IS NO FUN. I WANT IT LIKE ALL THE OTHER YEARS!! MORE MORE MORE SNOWFLAKES WEBKINZ WORLD!!

What is with this Winterfest? It should not be so hard to get a snowflake…I have read the Webkinz Newz from beginning to end hoping to see 1 snowflake and after hours and hours still nothing. Cleared my cache, deleted cookies, everything and still nothing…This is not fun Ganz. I love winterfest so much and this is very upsetting. Hey Ganz you need to update your newspaper…Mazin’ Hamster only have the first hamsters out and no estore or newest hamsters, seasonal hamsters, etc.
