Neither the Sapphire lamp or the Snowflakes are working on WebKinz NewZ. Keep getting the “Uncaught Exemption” page! So Frustated!!!
well I have found 2 snow flakes and 2 Lights. but when I go to get my prize the square comes up with can not find this wed page? what is that all about I wish I could get something but nooo!
For the lamps, snowflakes and bonus spree Rolls today, I’m getting this after I log in – Error Establishing connection, Uncaught Exception! I hope Ganz fixes this soon!

I am very confused with the new Webkinz set up. i can’t find the floating dice and i cannot complete my challenge. I do not have Deluxe
Help. None of the floating clicky things are working. When I click on them enter my information I get either campaign expired or error message. I hope this isn’t happening to anybody else. I’m also trying to find another snowflake now. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!
This is starting to become annoying , now the floaty clicky snowflake contest is having problems. I caught the floating snowflake and logged in to see that error uncaught exception message again.
Only 5 snowflakes per day? Why did they change it from past years? Why is Ganz changing EVERYTHING? It’s no fun anymore.
I am thinking the same thing. I USED to love Winterfest. Now it’s just boring.

Winterfest has started on my Asian acct. You can only click on 5 snowflakes a day. That’s rather disappointing compared to the other years we played this.
Yes, I don’t remember any limits to the in account Floaty Clicky “Fest” Events, however, when you have multiple accounts it comes down to how much time each day do you want to devote to searching. Considering there are WKN and (sometimes) Parent Club Events as well. Not to mention challenges, building kits, etc.. Busy times!
Hudzmom3 – The Birthstone Floaty Clicky and the Snowflake Floaty Clicky operate in very different Webkinz environments. Events in Webkinz World seem largely problem free, while the WKN Events have issues inherent with the recent format changes. Hopefully ALL Events Webkinz offer will be corrected overtime. Good Luck with the upcoming Event activities one and all!
You are absolutely correct kinzmaven, I just hope Ganz/ WKNZ can fix the problems with the peek-a-newz events as well. I completed Plumpy’s New years 10 times and received nothing. Now I’m having the same problem with P.J.Collie peek-a-newz. I’m getting discouraged. I’m also having the same problem with the floaty clicky snowflakes as I did with the lamps last night. I have clicked on the floating snowflake 2x’s and got the white screen saying Error establishing connection, and Uncaught Exception. Enough already. I’m not quite sure why they even changed WKNZ, there wasn’t anything wrong with the way it was before. Sincerely, 2diamonds12 and 9delicious12.

Totally agree with you all, I LOVE Winterfest. I really hope it does better than the lamps because I couldn’t find any of the ones I really really wanted :!: :!: :!: Winterfest is my fav, so…………I REALLY hope Ganz can fix this ~*Mistyfoot*~

I found a sapphire lamp today and wasn’t even expecting it! I absolutely LOVE the snowflake prizes on WW, I ESPECIALLY love the snowman light! So cute!
