i did not get my box either. I have another account that gets no food when I first log on either. this has been going on for over a week. HELP Ganz!!!

I wonder if it’s a widespread issue:/ did you get points either? I hope they fix it soon:( I just got my deluxe as a birthday gift and I was really excited but between the maintenance of the site and things like this, I haven really been able to enjoy it:(
I got my points and my Deluxe box with the hat in it. But I also agree, the maintenance of Webkinz X makes it hard to enjoy the Kinzchat bubbles and smileys. I only got to use it once in the Tournament Arena. Some games the Kinzchat doesn’t work at all.

lol, That’s an interesting song.. I would give my hat to someone, because I don’t like it that much, but I just turned Deluxe so I want to keep everything Deluxe that I have.
