Is there a problem with the eStore today. I am trying to purchase Deluxe Memberships but not having any luck. I keep getting a message Sorry there seems to be an error with your request. I have not been able to get through on the phone to talk to someone. Only able to leave a message still waiting to hear from someone. Not sure it it is the eStore in general having problems or just the Deluxe Memberships. Has anyone been able to make a purchase?
finally got in to make my deluxe update, thry took the money from my debt card right away but no epoints or antelope code, called but just had to leave message and no call back and they are closed for the day now(if they were there at all today)
bonesbongo, gp to night. need the code first for 50% off. then go to ganzestore and fill out papers to be in club.. email address and password is needed, need cc also and name, address state and town are also beeded, to be deluxe nmember…. ganz estore and then hit at top right hand side. hit setup or login in rest will tell what to do…. no one is at the store on holidays…. just keep trying …. happy membership player pick good passworrd and it may ask for user name too….. good luck>>> i believe u have to do it before 11: 59 pm so go back in….
I had trouble yesterday as well trying to use the estore on Google Chrome browser. After I changed the browser to Firefox I had no trouble at all! I believe that many people also have trouble with the estore and with the Parent’s Club when using Chrome or Edge. Perhaps the estore should consider adding a notice on their error message advising people to try a different browser? What do you think, Sally?
The Gold Sparkle Room Theme is absolutely gorgeous. A big thank you to the designer for this room theme. I wish it was available now, can’t wait to get it.
