I ordered a plush on the estore during august and i never got my month of deluxe! No fair Ganz! Is anyone else having this problem?
I just received my plush that I ordered in August and there is no code for the free month of Deluxe. Most of my accounts are already Deluxe, but I have a new account that is not and one that is expiring at the end of the month. I will be calling the Ganz eStore and complaining about this tomorrow. If I had known that I would not receive the FREE month of Deluxe, I would have renewed on August 1 or 2, when they offered three extra months when you signed up for the 12 month Deluxe.
