I REALLY wish I could get on my Ganz eStore account! I dislike missing out on the specials in the eStore. I’ve sent emails to Costumer Service and to the Webkinz General section in the Forum, but have received no replies! It is so frustrating to not get any help on issues like this! I know it takes time to fix problems, but…it would be really nice if our questions could be answered with more than a “Contact Costumer Service” reply. A normal two day wait to get a reply is turning into a “Will they ever reply?” Please have someone fix the problem in the eStore!!!!!!!
Which customer service email are you using? For eStore account problems, it has to be ganzestorecs@ganz.com
