Wondering why the Deluxe Prize machine is giving out Curio Shop items. Today I received a Neo Gothic Flat Screen and last week I got a Mad Hatter Chair. What I really want are the Golden Gate fence and Golden Gate border fence.

Those sound like retired or really rare items that would be Deluxe even in the Curio Shoppe. I’m not sure I even have the Flat Screen and I’ve had my Neo-Gothic room for a while. I think that I like it mainly because of the style of fireplace!
The Deluxe Prize Machine is the most ironically named thing ever. All I ever get is Kinzcash or a small food item. Once in a while I’ll get an actual prize of clothing. Maybe once or twice a year, I’ll get something actually cool and worthy of the name. I would LOVE to get the golden path or fence pieces but I never do. At the very least, they need to remove the cash like they did on the superwheel.
Same, i mostly get kinzcash and food. I wish I could get more items, maybe make the fence more common to get so I can fence around a room! :)
Same here. The last time I received $163 kinzcash. I would love the golden path or fence pieces. Funny, I didn’t even know those were items you can get. Lol Ajoy65 :)
why can’t i open my webkinz app on my mac book. its so frustrating
I can’t play on my Surface tablet anymore. I had to switch to a laptop. The tablet keeps kicking me off! Nuts and bolts are getting annoying. What’s happening?
Foolish question I suspect, but have you actually downloaded the mac desk top app? Does your mac book have ad blockers on it or something similiar like Windows Defender? If your Mac Book has something similiar to Windows Defender, perhaps it’s blocking it? Hope this helps! :)
hi, could someone please help me out!!! I’m deluxe and I really want one of the dogs, but I’m also confused. I have about 8,000 ganz points on my webkinz account, but I have no idea how to get them transferred to my estore account. When I go one my e store account, it just says I have 0. I’m really confused. thank you!!
Points cannot be transferred from the game to the eStore. You should be able to find those dogs in the W Shop, though.
The dogs were in the WShop but the Deluxe Wed special was not applied to them, so they were full price.
No, they were on special in the W Shop as well.
ManateeMilly, if you want to have all your future points sent to the Estore instead of your Webkinz account, you can email customer service and ask them to do this. However, you can only do this once, so you need to be sure that this is what you want before asking for it. I had the exact same situation as you and I decided to have all my points sent to the Estore because there is a wider selection to choose from there. Good luck!
I have been emailing you all through Webkinzsuppott@ganz.com and ganzestorecs@ganz.com we adopted a white tiger and soon as my child went back to the house it logged us out and wouldn’t let us back in the account …I have all my info right and still nothing ..please fix this issue ..she still hasn’t even used the estore points that we purchased and now this happens and no one will help …your customer service should be better than this …
they have out out a couple notices that they are extremely backed up and ive heard the best way to get ahold of them is through instagram, theres a huge back up and trying to get back to people as quick as they can

I know this is off-topic, but when is Webkinz Next going to be released for Mac? So far it’s only Windows and Google play (Not sure about that one)? One of my friends has been asking me that.
Yeah I’d really like to know as well. They said before Christmas, so I have to assume it will be ready any day now.
The Webkinz Next for Mac is already released. If you go on Webkinz Classic, there should be a box at the bottom that says “Webkinz Desktop App:Play Without A Browser! You then see two choices to download. One says “Download for Windows” and the other says “Download for Mac” Hope this helps you to find out where the apps are.
The Mac download on the website is for Webkinz Classic. They are looking for the Mac download for the new version of Webkinz, which is not yet available.
