I think the boxes stop a lot of people from getting themes they would love to have. I have bought boxes for many themes and ended up with duplicates of items like lamps etc. and never the pieces I needed (like beds etc. I would spend the money on each separate item even if it costs more then the box. At least you get what you want. No disappointments! this will be one more theme I will pass up.
I agree, duckess1. I love the wallpaper & flooring, and am grateful that I luckily got two different items from the two gift boxes I bought. But now, I’m a little nervous about getting another box. There is no way to know if I’ll get something I already have. I have wasting my eStore points on something I don’t want. I really wish they would have all the items available for purchase for those of us that would buy the whole theme. They could keep the boxes for those that want the element of surprise. Have the themes available both ways. Wouldn’t that be more money for Ganz? I don’t understand their reasoning for this. I won’t be buying anymore “Gift Boxes”.
