Deluxe Wednesdays are changing!
It’s a new year and a new way of celebrating being a Webkinz Deluxe Member!
Deluxe Wednesdays will now feature something different each week; sometimes it could be a free item, sometimes a sale on a category of items or pets. Maybe even a spend your Points event or a Pre-sale on specified pets or items before they become available to everyone else!
Check back Wednesday! No matter the week, you’ll always find something different!

Well, I waited all day for Ganz to reply to my email about not being able to get the Deluxe Wednesday prize. Oh, well… :-( No worries! :-) There will be other cool prizes. :-)
I just hope the “free” items are actually free, and not “free with x amount of estore points”.
Someone gifted a deluxe membership in WW, but it wasn’t my estore account. How can I get the free item if my estore account isn’t deluxe, but my WW one is? Now I can’t get the free item today because of that. What are the plans for deluxe members in-game to get them?

How did you get the magic w hat….I am deluxe on 3 accounts and I just purchased my new ones for this year and it will not let me get the hat….My deluxe does not expire until jan 12 this year….Help
Hi imawebkinzmom2, I think you need to email ganz at ganzestore@ganz.com & tell them what happened, they should be able to fix it for you.
I’m a little confused. I just became a Deluxe member for the first time so I’m not sure what a “Deluxe Advantage” is. I went to the eStore to get this free gift, but it said that I can’t add to my cart because I “don’t have enough eStore points to make this purchase”. So, do I have to buy eStore points for the Ganz eStore in order to get a “free” gift? I did look for information about this, but couldn’t find anything. What am I doing wrong? Thanks! :-)

If you don’t want to lose deluxe members at least give out a brand new free item and not one that was given out before.
I’m Deluxe and I don’t remember that hat, so it’s new to me. And wow, I almost missed it.
I’m a Deluxe member, and already have the hat, but have no clue if a pet is wearing it, or if it’s in storage somewhere. It’s always nice to have more than one of an item, especially if it’s free. :-)
