I fed my pet a Sky Blue and got nothing. SO Now I am storing all the Sky Berries I grow in my Garden in a fridge until G/WW can decide what to do with them!

Love Berry Fest and all the fun activities–really wish the berry seeds would go on a really good sale, though. They cost so many points…sigh…is it possible they could be a prize for Berry Fest sometime? :D That would be awesome!

Me too. Quite disappointing. Hopefully Ganz/Webkinz will come up with another way to utilize the Sky Berries. I guess I shouldn’t have been so quick to buy the seeds as there’s very little benefit in feeding them to your pet and the only other thing to do with them is put them in storage or leave them in your dock until another use becomes available for them.

Although I wish Sky Berries had their own unique prize pool (a “Rare” Sky Berry Car would have been awesome) the Sky Berry Growing Garden Seeds are still very cute. Thanks for the Sneak Peeks and Happy Berry Fest, everyone :o)
All of my saved berries in my fridges have disappeared. Their all empty. What happened? I planned on using them to fill my jars and feed my pets.

Webkinz support has never replied to my emails either, but they have always been able to fix the problem.
They reply to mine. I have sent at least three in the last year.
I’m not surprised, Theshire. The last time I submitted a fix it ticket, three or four months ago, I got a very snippy, rude letter back from some lady stating they knew there was a problem, to stop sending in tickets, never mind that was my first ticket in quite awhile and the first for that particular problem, and that it would get fixed when it got fixed. Needless to say after that I’ve not bothered submitting one. Why if all I’m going to get is a rude letter in return? :-(
The only response I ever get is a message to call the Customer Service number. I’m up nights and sleep days so it’s almost impossible to call when Customer Service is available by phone. Which is why I sent the e-mail in the first place.
