Usually there is a small selection of things you can buy with USD but most of it will be e-store points. Don’t know if you know this but you can get a really good deal on e-store points in WW. Usually it costs $5 USD to get 5000 points. But with this deal you can get 15000 e-store points for $4.99 USD. It’s not a scam, it’s actually a one time only offer in WW itself.
