There is supposed to be a flash sale in the estore this evening – May 23 – from 6-8 pm. I can’t get the estore to load on my computer, nor can my Webkinz friends. Will this be repeated when the store is working?
Can anyone help me? I got the black Friday deal for the one year membership with the chinchilla but never got the chinchilla. I purchased the membership on Friday and my account renewed membership today (I previously had the 3 month). How do I get it?

I tried to get in on the 50% Deluxe, I was told I had to be within 30 days of renewal. Yet I have another account that still has a code that I will use next month that I got in Nov. What am I missing? Went to bed broken hearted.
To renew deluxe on a specific account, you have to be within 30 days of its deluxe expiration. To get a code for an account that is more than 30 days from expiration, you have to buy a gift code that you can send to anyone or save to use on any of your own accounts when it is within the thirty days. Perhaps you did that correctly in November but missed the correct button this time.

Ooh, I ended up getting the Silversoft Chinchilla & named her Chilly(Like Chile/the country they’re from) Sylvermyst. I also got the Moon Fox & named her Echo.
