Hey netge! I had the same problem after the update. I completely uninstalled the app. Shut down my computer. Started it up again and then reinstalled the app. It has been working just fine now. Hope you get up and running again!

I just started a new webkinz account and now it says the account information is incorrect. i don’t know what’s wrong. i typed the username the way I did when I started the account, and I know the password is right. Help me please. I don’t want to loose this new account!

I wrote to Webkinz Support 8 days ago because I can’t get the computer app to work since your last update. I didn’t receive a receipt or a reply, please could you tell me how long I can expect to wait for a reply. There were some Windows 10 updates around the same time, so I don’t know if the app doesn’t work with the new Windows 10 updates, but my eldest son, who is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and IT professional, says it is not my laptop that is at fault, your app just isn’t working. Has anyone else had the same problem? Thanks
This is so pretty! I was however slightly disappointed that there wasn’t a plush floatie today! That was fun and I was super excited about the Sleepy Cat yesterday!
