Dear Sally, I have a suggestion (the suggestions forum is broken it seems). I think it would be great to have a special event in the Kinzville Park that’s a carnival with a ferris wheel, special games (and prizes) and a neat atmosphere! Might draw more people to the park again. I miss the days there were fifty people collecting trash all in one room haha.
Or even as a semi-regular thing that happens Friday evenings, for example.

How long does it take customer support (webkinzsupport@ganz.com) to get back? My mom has waited a week and a half for a reply to get her accounts passwords change :(
You can change your account password yourself. On the log in page, there is a box at the bottom that reads “Change Password.” Click on that box and you will be directed to enter your old password and then your new password 2 X to confirm that you have entered your desired new password correctly. Hope that helps you. :)
