At least you can all get into the e-store. Since July 1 every time I try to enter I get that there is a problem with my request. I write to webkinz support and no one has either fixed it or gotten back to me yet :(
Write “LOCKED OUT OF ESTORE” in the subject line of your email, those are addressed quickly. My account was fixed the next working day.

Are you sure you are using the correct email address? Seems unlike them to not respond to an issue like that. ganzestorecs@ganz.com is the email for customer support concerning estore issues.
This sounds great. I don’t really think I will get anything. Also, has anyone tried to go somewhere on the Webkinz newz but sometimes you get something that says bad gateway instead? It is happening to me sometimes so I have to refresh the page or something just to get in. I think it’s just a glitch or something.

There’s nothing to enter for the Marshmallow event. They float regardless.

The link for the Monthly Meal is no longer working. Now you get a page that says, “Nothing found for Campaign Monthly-meal-deluxe-nachos”. Why can’t this issue be fixed instead of trying to issue ways to work around it? (Especially since the “work around” is no longer working.)
