I purchased 4 of the 5 pack Winterfest Snowflake Cookies eagerly hoping to win just 1 piano and I got none…zero. I put out 20,000 Estore points leaving me now with just 275 and I am definitely not buying any more points. The prizes awarded were the same ones I received when collecting snowflakes on my Webkinz account. Never will I do this again as the kids were very upset & this has been indeed a lesson for us.
thanks for letting us know, i was going to buy some but hadnt made up my mine yet because i was disappointed in my cracker prizes! All i ever get is repeats. it very sad when you send your money and get things you did want or a lot of doubles.

I have only read of a few to win the piano.
Ganz, i have 8 accounts. The one account i had enough e-store points to buy cookies i never saw not one single snowflake! i went to work, mined, clubhouse, games and today’s activities and not one snowflake.. Why?
I start at MIDNIGHT and i help family do their Kinz 11 accts total by 5 or 6 at night we usually get them. Sometimes only 4 but I watch the map and Daily list . Doing any pet care messes it all up . I have 99 pets on my account it took 3 days to get care up again SAD :( i WANT FLAKES IN OUR ROOMS !!!
It would be easier and faster as a PEEK-A-NEWZ
dune ALL FLOATY’s are in the MAP or DAILY LIST or Clubhouse. They are never in the rooms I SKIPPED PET CARE to get the flakes it’s sad but if I didn’t I would havn’t gotten anything .

Yes! That would be great. But sadly it’s not possible, and even if we do get a free cookie from Sophie at the park one day, it’s highly unlikely that people who aren’t deluxe will get something only acquirable from a cookie, like the piano or outfits. If, by some miracle, I could get a snowflake cookie exclusive item/clothing piece, I would LOVE any piece from the Ice Princess Outfit. Yay! I love winterfest!!! (;
