  Are Deluxe Membership Webkinz accounts no longer receiving 3000 estore points per month? My account has not received the points since renewal in September 2017. Thought this was one of the perks of membership.

    By any chance, did you set your Ganz eStore account to get the points instead of your Webkinz World account? Either way, ganzestorecs@ganz.com are the best folks to help you out :)

  Help please! I just earned the Kinzville Valley home for reaching a Family score of 12,000. I went to check in my items list A-Z, but did not find the item to add to my home. I tried refreshing but no luck. Does it take a while for Family Score items to be added?
