  Today is January 5th! I have not received my two Deluxe accounts monthly boxes. Will that issue be fixed soon. Plus, why is the POTM prizes showing Topaz (November) gem items instead of Garnet (January)? I got the Garnet/January votive today. Actually, I’m fine with that, as I love collecting ALL the Birthday Gem items, but would love to get the items from that month each time. Could this be fixed soon? And, since this is 2025, could we PLEASE get more replies to our questions in the Forum? I have read many posts that have really good questions that seem to never be answered, therefore the questions are often repeated over and over, and still no answer.

  How much kinzcash is too much kinzcash to earn from farming pumpkins cause ive heard stories of people farming millions of kinzcash like that and than an anti cheat detects them

  Hello! I purchased a 1 year membership, but I haven’t seen it in my account yet. It also came with a bulldog and some estore points, but I haven’t gotten those, either. I included my in game username and verified it was typed correctly, as it gave me the option to have them sent to my in game account. Is there something I need to do? I have the confirmation email as well as the order details from the Ganz Estore, I’m really confused and worried because of the money I spent. Is anyone else having this issue?   How long does it take for Webkinz to email you back? I was hoping to get my old account restored and I sent them an email with my Signature Ocelot’s code to help redeem it but haven’t heard back
