    I have 2 tawny pup gift boxes that wont open. I cant sell them, I cant mail them. what are they for. kaylia6

      I’ve had one for a year even though I’ve never adopted a Tawny Pup and it won’t open.

      It is a glitch from one of last summer’s contest. The only way to get rid of it was to call Customer Service and they would take it out. I guess now you would have to e-mail Customer Service and tell them.

      I have a Tawny Pup one too, there must’ve been a glitch! But it would be really nice if we could sell it or open it! ~*Hakuna Matata*~

      I know right! One day a tawny pup gift box popped up in my dock last summer. Im sorry I cant open it either.

        I have one also!! Whats with that? I thought maybe I was the only one! lol Should either let us open it or take it back.
