      @Roxy616 I received notification that you had sent me a gift January 21, 2022. I clicked to open the gift yesterday January 23rd in KinzPost I wasn’t able to do so it froze up. I had to close the KinzPost then I checked my history and was able to see you had sent the TROPICAL HOLIDAY SUIT, QUILTED VEST and SNOWFLAKE OVERALLS. I clicked the NEW tab on my dock items, the items were not showing I also checked through my dock the items are not to be found. The items you generously sent are now lost in Cyberspace somewhere. I have sent an email to Webkinz support for them to check into it, I have never seen this happen. I will keep you posted once I hear back from them sure hope they can find the items you sent. ~ shelkinz67

        I’m so sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your items, @bonesbongo…I wish I could send duplicates but, sadly, those were the only ones I had. I’m really hoping that someone on the Webkinz Support Team can help recover them for you or somehow send replacements to your dock. You’ve probably already tried everything, but just wondering if you’ve tried restarting your computer. I know that sometimes when I’m sent something, it may not show up in the dock as it’s supposed to, so I reboot the computer, log back in, and the item is then showing. If you aren’t able to get the items back, please let me know if there’s anything else I can send in place of those (either from the list…although most items are now gone…or just in general that you would like to have, whether it’s clothing, furniture, decorative). But I acted on impulse and now realize that I was being selfish.
