I have 2 questions: W Shop and Help

1) I’ve made a lot of purchases (about 20k kinzcash worth) of New Items in the W Shop, and they don’t show up on my dock. I can buy something like an Apple, and that shows up, but not items from the New Item category. 2) How do I put in a request for Help on things like this? I don’t remember.

You can e-mail Ganz with your problem, though when I e-mailed them once, it was just a pre-typed message. A no-reply kind of thing. I’m not sure if they have a specific answer for your problem. But, you can always go to the home page (before you log in) and there is a help button somewhere on the screen. Look through the list of things and see if anything matches your problem. Ganz might have a number to call, as well.

Go to the newspaper, click the “Contact Us” button, then the tab that says “Comments & Suggestions”, click on “CLICK HERE TO MAKE A COMMENT OR SUGGESTION” and then put your complaint down!
