      YES YOU CAN…IF YOU DON’T USE THE ESTORE THEN YOU WOULDN’T KNOW, YOU NEED TO BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT AND THEN TRANSFER POINTS TO THAT ACCOUNT. THERE IS A MACHINE WHERE YOU TYPE SOMEONE’S USER AND HOW MANY POINTS YOU WOULD GIVE THEM…AND THEN THEY GET THEM. SO GOLDSTAR IS RIGHT.
