      I got one at the trading table. I have only ever seen two.

      I think that’s only found in the Curio Shop. Visit Arte often and tip him daily. Eventually, when you ask him about rare items, he’ll tell you what hour he’ll have something for sale. Then you can just check that hour to see if he has the item you’re looking for.
