cute! i want to get one
This bird is so cute but it’s not a budgie.Budgies have Ceres and a yellow/orange beak. Their feet are zygodactal, not like finches/canaries. Also, the coloration is way off. This looks more like a colorful penguin! It’s really cute, but try to do research next time.
