November is another busy month in Webkinz World. First off, the Webkinz Pug is November's Pet of the Month – we're celebrating this huggable pup all November long. Look for special events on the Today's Activities page – anyone that owns a Webkinz Pug can participate. If you adopt a Webkinz Pug in November, you'll receive a Pet of the Month loot bag, which includes a special Pet of the Month exclusive item. You can see all of the available Pet of the Month exclusives in the W Shop — collect them all! News from The Caring Valley: the Midnight Magnolia is November's special Enchanted Tree and the Webkinz Lion is this month's featured Caring Valley pet. Look for specially tagged Webkinz Lions – enter the Feature Code to unlock four saplings that you can plant in The Caring Valley. At the Ganz eStore, you'll be able to get November's featured birthstone pet, the Topaz Terrier! Clubhouse & Trick or Treat Update
The fix for the Clubhouse has taken longer than expected. We have found the source of the problem and we are actively making the fix, but were unable to open the Clubhouse. As this will cost our members a full day of searching for the Ghost, we have extended the Ghost’s contract and it will be haunting the Clubhouse for an extra day. You will now have until end of day November 1st to complete your Candy Collection and get your prize.

Clubhouse and Park Update
We have taken down the Kinzville Park and Clubhouse while we work on fixing two issues that appeared in today's update. The issues are not related and we have two teams working to get these features back running as soon as possible. We understand that taking down the Clubhouse means that no one can find the Ghost for our Trick or Treat event. To make it easier to finish your candy collection, tomorrow you will be able to find the Ghost once every two hours, and if you play this Saturday – Halloween – you'll be able to Trick or Treat every hour! We thank you for your patience while we work on these fixes.

Kinzville Park Opens Tomorrow!
After being featured in our popular Pet of the Month music videos, and hints dropped in Webkinz World, the Kinzville Park is ready to open! If you like the Clubhouse, now you’ll be able to enjoy playing with friends in a space 20 times the size! Play games, cook on our BBQs, play on the swings or take to the stage for a little drama; the park is filled with fun things to do! We expect the Park to be very busy tomorrow as everyone comes to check it out. Like the Clubhouse, the Park can fill up, so if you can’t get in, please be patient, we’re sure there will be lots of space to play when the initial rush slows down. We hope that you enjoy this great new feature in Webkinz World. Watch for it after tomorrow morning’s update!
Topaz Terrier
Meet the Topaz Terrier — November's featured Birthstone Pet! The Topaz Terrier comes with Topaz Truffles, a Topaz Sink and a Topaz Toilet. The Topaz Terrier will be available at the Ganz eStore as of November 1st!
