Webkinz Jr. has been live for almost a week and we’re really excited about our brand new site! We’ve got lots of great stuff in store for you, and we know your kids are going to love the new games, activities, and locations we’re going to be adding in the future. Right now, we’re still working through some of the technical issues that come with launching any large-scale website. We are constantly tweaking and adjusting various components of our site, and working hard to make Webkinz Jr. a great experience for both you and your child. We’ll be posting a feedback form on the Webkinz Jr. Customer Service page very soon. We look forward to hearing your comments and suggestions. Thanks! -Webkinz Jr.

Deluxe Membership Update
We’ve received questions about how Deluxe Memberships work with account expiry. We are pleased to say that as long as you are a Deluxe Member, your account will not expire, even if you do not adopt another pet! Right now the date on your Me and My Pets page will still show your pet’s current expiry, but rest assured your account will keep going! We are looking into changing the information on this page for Deluxe Members. We hope this clears up any questions you have! Have fun!

The Spring Has Sprung contest will be open this weekend. Starting thinking about a Spring-themed superhero – we’re looking for creative and silly descriptions. Check the Contests page for more details. The Spring Celebration Bunny contest will be open on from 12:00am EST until 11:59pm EST this Friday. If you couldn’t submit your small yellow room last weekend, this will be your chance. Anyone that entered previously does not have to re-enter the contest. Judging will commence after the contest closes.
Webkinz World Updated
The Caring Valley The Caring Valley is a new part of Webkinz World where you can find out about some very special child-focused charities. When you unlock a Feature Code that comes with a Caring Valley plush pet, you will receive 4 saplings to plant in The Caring Valley. Plant all 4 trees to get a special Enchanted Tree that you can customize and show off in your room. The Magic of Zumwhere Enter Feature Codes that come with Kinz Klips to unlock the magic of Zumwhere, the latest addition to the Magical Forest. Explore Zumwhere with your trusty camera and try to take a picture of a Zum. If you get a good picture, it will be added to your field guide. Collect pictures of all of the Zums in a group to unlock special prizes. Each Zum you discover will also give you Zummies, special marbles that will come in handy later. Have you been wondering what eStore points are? That question will be answered once we finish updating the eStore on April 1st. The update will interrupt our usual Webkinz Wednesday, but it will be extended until Thursday, and will include some additional products.
