Trivia : What item does not belong in this group of horse related items?
    Hoof pick
    Saddle
    Branding
    Ungulate

    • Shadow the Hedgehog says:

Is it Ungulate? Whazzat? Hee-Hee, toddlers are great.

      • mayorbaxter says:

It is NOT Ungulate. Nice guess! Horses belong to the family of Ungulates.

        • RedPanda says:

It is branding. That is for Sheep. I used to be obbsessed with horses when I was in Grade Two! :D

Mayorbaxter, um, people brand horses. Really, they do. Racehorses get branded under the lip, and horses get freeze branded also. And cows get branded. No offense, just wanted you to know. But I didn’t know they were ungulates!!! Is it alright if I have a poll about which horse breed you are?

          • mayorbaxter says:

I wasn’t meaning horse branding. I was meaning like cows. Sorry about that!

I have been riding ever since I was 9 thats when I met my friend with the horses where I ride at :). My friends horse Captin Rex is my fave horse. Even though he is a male horse he is so gentle. He licks my hand when I feed him! He’s so sweet! :)

I “have” a horse. It’s actually my aunt’s, but since I spent the week at her house and got acquainted with Lanaka, we’ve called her mine. A couple of days after we went home, I begged my mom to take me back to see Lanaka, and the first time I went outside by the pasture and called for her, she came running! It was soooooo cool! Lanaka is the sweetest horse alive, even if she likes weird things for a horse like boysenberries, celery, strawberries, bananas, and banana peels! I’ve ridden her 3 or 4 times since summer.

  9. william says:

My grandpa has(had) horses and I’ve been riding since I was a baby I guess. But he lived hours away and know that we live closer there are no ridable horses. :-(
