Did you know that Koalas eat eucalyptus you say it like this
yoo-kuh-lip-tus leaves which are poisonous to most
animals but not to koalas. Koalas prodce chemicals that neutralize
the poidons so they can eat what virtually no other animal can.
But the leaves are hard to digest so the koala doesn’t get alot
of energy from them. After eating little, they they’ll curl
up in a tree and sleep. This helps them digest the leaves and conserve energy for when they have to eat again. Koalas sleep
up tp 20 hours a day!
