That doesn’t look very much like a cat. It looks more like a neon green raccoon with a short beard. And why does it have spots on the top of its head?
Real pallas cats have spots on their heads. If you look up a picture of them, you will see the spots. They are really a pretty animal. But, of course, they are not neon green. lol This cat will fit in with the new neon estore room theme though. :)
