Update: What’s New in Webkinz World
We’ve got a big Webkinz World update today, with a bunch of brand new features and items. Here’s some of the fresh content new to Webkinz World today: Jumbleberry Fields: Our new Daily Activity is a game of chance and strategy in which players spin a set of dice in order to collect different berries. Exchange berries for set prizes or feed them to your pets for a chance to win a rare prize! Polarberry Jam: Help Inukshuk navigate a set of mazes in the search for delicious polarberries while avoiding the mischevious Yetis in our newest addition to the Webkinz Arcade. New Items: Along with the Jumbleberry Fields and Polarberry Jam come more than 50 brand new items that players can win as rewards from the games. A host of other new items have been added, as well! Coming Soon: Tree Kangaroo
You’ll want to jump at the chance to adopt the new Tree Kangaroo. Boisterously bouncing about, this mirthful marsupial is always happy to hop its way around Webkinz World. The Tree Kangaroo comes with a Tropical Fruit Flan and a Remote Rainforest, as teased by the Creative Director on our Twitter account. Watch out for the Tree Kangaroo, along with the Beaver, in February 2010!

Coming Soon: Beaver
Few pets make a better buddy than a Beaver. The Beaver braves even the coldest climates as he uses his talented tail and teeth to work wood into cool creations like its Beaver Lodge Bed. The Beaver comes with a Barkberry Smoothie and a Beaver Lodge Bed. Watch out for the Beaver in February 2010!
January’s Caring Valley Tree: Party Palm
Even in the cold of winter, trees continue to bloom in the Caring Valley. Starting off the new year of growth is the Party Palm, January’s featured Enchanted Tree! You’ll be able to customize the Party Palm when you unlock it by selecting your favorite treetop, trunk and base. The image below shows all of the possible options: pick the ones you like best and then show off your new tree in your yard! How do you get one of these party-prepped Palm trees? Simply enter the Feature Code attached to any of our Caring Valley pets during the month of January and then plant the four saplings in The Caring Valley. When you plant a tree, you’re letting us know which charity you’d like to support!

Preview: Jumbleberry Fields, Our New Daily Game
The Webkinz Arcade has been in the spotlight as of late. With two new games planned for the remaining few weeks of the year, the Arcade will be a hotbed of activity during the holiday season. Last week, we gave you a sneak peek at one of the two new games coming, Polarberry Jam. This week, we’re giving you a sneak peek of our new Daily Activity game. Introducing Jumbleberry Fields! Jumbleberry Fields is a game of chance and strategy that players can play once a day. Players roll a set of five dice, each of which has 10 faces. Each of the faces, marked with either a type of berry or a pest, has a different point value. Jumbleberries and Sugarberries are common, Pickleberries are less common, and Moonberries are rare. Players move through 9 rounds, rolling each dice up to three times in an attempt to earn the most points possible by making varying combinations of berries. Winter is well underway and the Countdown to Christmas approaching. Santakinz has been creating his list and checking it twice in the Santakinz Clubhouse Room, and he’s just about ready to collecting presents for all the good Kinz boys and girls! Have you visited Santakinz to make your Christmas wish yet? If not, you should! You can find Santakinz in the holiday-themed “Santkinz” room within the Clubhouse. Click on Santakinz and wait your turn in line, and he’ll ask you to pick one of three great gifts, which you’ll receive when you log in on Christmas Day!
Webkinz World Counts Down To Christmas
While Santakinz has begun to gather gifts together for all the good Kinz girls and boys who came to visit him, Ms. Birdy is already prepared to begin the gift-giving season with a slew of surprises. Following Santakinz’s lead, Ms. Birdy has collected a plethora of presents that she’ll be giving out to Webkinz members. Starting on Monday, Ms. Birdy will be giving out a different gift each day until Christmas Day. Find Ms. Birdie in the Clubhouse in Webkinz World to grab your gift! She’ll only give you one gift per day, though, so check back each day to get the next present. We’ll be doing our own Webkinz version of “The Twelve Days Of Christmas” here on Webkinz Newz to celebrate Ms. Birdy’s generous act.
