I have been having this problem, too. Every time I log on and Daily Kinzcare does not appear, I have always logged out and back in. It has appeared on the second login. The problem is if you aren’t thinking about it and it doesn’t show up, and you do not log in more than once a day, you lose out. How long does it take to get things fixed? I sent comments over a week ago to report this problem

I have the same issues as everox has. It’s frustrating that you can log on several times a day and it doesn’t give you the option to select the care option for the day. Why is this? Can you fix it please? Thank you.
Why is it that the daily kinzcare does not always come up when log on the first time each day? I tried three different times today (Sunday) to finish filling my heart for the week and the heart would not come up. Formally you could go to it on your own. Now, there is not any way to get to the heart if it doesn’t show up when you log on. Its frustrating to fill the heart each day and then on Sunday you can’t get to the heart even though you logged in that day. Why can’t I have the prize?
