What is it?
My Profile is a quick view of your My Page – it shows your favorite Pet, your pet’s birthday, your status, your mood, your tagline, a room widget and a favorite widget. Also, you can show how long you’ve been a member and the number of pets you have. My Profile is a quick way to share some basic information with people you meet in the Clubhouse or have on your friends list.
How do I edit My Profile?
Click on the THINGS TO DO menu and select “Me and My Pets” — you’ll see a new tab that says “My Profile.” Click on that, and then click the “Edit Profile” button. Now you can change or hide your widgets. Some of the widgets are linked to ones on My Page – hold your mouse over the widget and a tooltip will appear to let you know if you’re changing one of these linked widgets.
How do I view my friends’ and other people’s profiles?

You can look at any of your friends’ profiles by clicking on the face next to their name in the KinzChat cellphone. |

Ok. Thank you for responding. How do I complete the Adventurer Challenge? In order to complete it I have to click My Profile and since it isn’t there, what do I do?
I will let our technical wizards know :) We’ll have to change that challenge so it can be completed. In the meantime, you can contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com and ask them to advance you, or you can wait until the challenge has been updated.
I just checked on that challenge — it was updated a long time ago. So you’ll have to get in touch with webkinzsupport@ganz.com — I’m not sure why you would be seeing old Challenge info.
I tried messaging them but they haven’t responded. I had sent an email earlier this week too and I didn’t hear anything back. I hadn’t been on Webkinz for about 8 years or so and my account was archived. I just got back into it about a week ago. Could that have anything to do with all of this?
Likely :) The challenges were changed a while ago and if you were in the middle of it when you were on last, it likely wouldn’t have updated automatically.
So what do I do now since they won’t respond to my emails?

that is how I messaged them on Sunday. I don’t know if my email is associated with any webkinz accounts. That’s what it said when I clicked forgot login and I entered my email. Is there anyway you could message them for me Please?
It shouldn’t matter if the email is directly associated or not. Did you get an automated response when you used the ticket system on Sunday? If you didn’t see anything, try checking your junk mail. I’m assuming you’ve also tried webkinzsupport@ganz.com directly?
Yes I had gotten an automated message. I had sent in another email after that and got the auto message again. I did email webkinzsupport@ganz.com on Wednesday night. So I guess I should just wait longer then?
Yup! If you got the automated message, you’re in the queue. I was concerned that you weren’t receiving the emails, but it appears that you are. With any luck, they should get to your issue soon :)

That feature is not currently available.
Then how do I complete the quest that wants us to find that icon?

I always try to look at my friend’s profile by clicking on the face next to their name, but then a window pops up saying that my friend has been banned from Webkinz. What does it mean?
I’ve went to that spot on the page but I never even knew that it was there!!!!!!Ha!Now I know were to go!
